| JOB PURPOSE |
| Eyepartner Inc is looking for a qualified candidate to fill an immediate position as Graphic Designer UI Expert. Reporting to the President, the individual will be responsible for defining new products and features, provide leadership for the entire product lifecycle including design reviews and resolution of UI issues to support the business unit goals in the most scalable, maintainable, performing, reliable, and cost effective way. This person will lead design discussions and actively participate in system evaluations, design and UI implementations. The person must also think strategically, be results-oriented, and have excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization. |

| 3+ years of website user interface development experience |

Our Company is looking for an experienced, highly-motivated software programmer with exceptional architectural and development skills as well as a passion for creating great software on ADOBE FLEX (vers. 1 and 2) and other various platforms. This person will work closely with a team of similarly outstanding individuals in Romania or in USA, dedicated to building next versions of web technologies of our customer company's products. | MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES |
| Work independently and own multiple features of the product |
| Transform requirements into architectural and feature specs |
| Design & implement features, required APIs, test suites or technology according to specifications, while keeping a strong customer focus |
| Interact with the quality engineers, and coordination managers to ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards |
| Perform research on various technologies useful for the project |
| Provide status and feedback to management |
| JOB REQUIREMENTS |
| Technical |
| Proficient in ADOBE FLEX 1 & 2 development techniques is a must |
| University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is a plus; |
| Experience in architecting, designing, developing and maintaining large, complex, enterprise-class systems |
| Very good abilities to analyze, profile and optimize code for performance and memory usage |
| Good debugging and bug-fixing skills |
| Excellent knowledge of design patterns |
| Nice to have |
| Good HTML/CSS/JavaScript development skills |
