Eyepartner Expands HTML5 Capability for Live HD Streaming and Videos on Demand
Build your own iPTV profitable network NOW!
Videos can be played on more devices than ever before thanks to a Unified HD Streaming Player!
February 14th, 2012 Marathon, Fla.—Eyepartner has announced the expansion of HTML5 capability to TikiLIVE, Eyepartner’s flagship HD broadcasting service, and Monster Encoder, a turnkey application that quickly and easily converts the most common video types. HTML5 is the fifth version of the standard HTML language that makes it easier for computers and mobile devices to handle multimedia content without having to use proprietary plugins.
With this Unified HD Streaming player, both LIVE and VOD content can be seen almost anywhere. If the device or browser does not support HTML5, then the program plays in Flash.
“We want our broadcasters to be able to upload their videos on demand or be able to stream LIVE and have it play everywhere in HD,” said Tim Green, CEO and President of Eyepartner.
Here is a list of compatible browsers and mobile devices and the version needed to support the player:
Browsers:
- Chrome browsers v3 or later
- IE browsers v9 or later
- Safari v3 or later
- Firefox browsers v4 or later
- Opera browsers v10.6 or later
Mobile Devices:
- HLS devices (iPad / iPhone)
- Android Mobile devices running 2.3 or later
- Blackberry devices v6 or later
